The belief and aim of Royal Private English School, Fujairah is
‘To be an institution that nurtures innovative and creative

Our academic plan and the CBSE Curriculum are guiding
roadmaps of the school program. The school curriculum is
designed to ensure overall development of the students and to
empower them with 21st Century skills which are aligned with
National agenda parameters.
Curriculum design and Implementation:
The curriculum is aligned to the Indian CBSE and is
incorporating all the necessary modifications which is required
by the UAE Education parameters.
EARLY YEARS
KINDERGARTEN 1 and 2
The curriculum has been developed keeping in mind the specific areas of learning . KG follows Enhanced Early Years Program with skill sets and development milestone of international standards.
The best practices have been adapted to accommodate learning centres in Kindergarten.
In Kindergarten, curriculum is theme based & cross curricular links are well established which gives opportunity for independent learning and choice making.
Alignment of choice of indoor and outdoor activities during the free flow sessions. It has a clear rationale aligned to the school and national visions.

The National Agenda Parameter and CBSE guidelines are the driving force behind the curriculum design & review.
Appropriate learning experiences are integrated through most aspects of the curriculum to enable all students to develop clear understanding of CBSE milestones and the values of UAE.
Consequently, changes to the curriculum are well considered and help to meet the personal and academic needs of most students. The curriculum adaptations for Grades 1-2 children includes subjects as in Arabic, Islamic, MEP along with core subjects.

GRADES 3 - 4
The Primary School years build a strong academic foundation for
students and we help to instill the right values and develop a
sense of responsibility and ethics. This is furthered by an
emphasis on creative thinking, innovative problem solving and
independent expression.
A variety of child-centric
methods are employed to engage students in an inter-active
manner in our efforts to lay down a strong foundation in the
basics of literacy and numeracy and to make them more aware of
the environment of which they are a part. These methods include
role play, quizzing, mime, language games, audio-visual
presentations, activities, class assemblies, projects and field
trips and flipped classrooms.

THE MIDDLE SCHOOL
Grades 5 to 8
The Middle School years provide the young and the adolescents with a challenging and supportive experience as it is a bridge between the foundation building activities of the primary school and the more formal and challenging demands of the Senior Secondary level.
The foundation for effective communication, both oral and written, is laid down at this level through varied activities –i.e. elocution, public speaking and debating. Key concepts and strategies are introduced and developed to help students learn on their own.
They are also provided with a more challenging curriculum which would ease their smooth transition to the Senior Secondary level. Forward thinking and Creative Arts are also encouraged to hone their latent talents.
The emphasis is on being visually creative and enterprising, developing the right study habits, and acquiring in-depth conceptual knowledge. The curriculum is activity oriented, based on teamwork via discussions, group project work, discovery and exploration. A wide range of teaching and learning strategies are employed in all areas of the curriculum.

THE SENIOR SCHOOL
GRADES 9 - 12
The senior school offers a variety of subject combinations, in
line with the demands of the growing generation, and closely
adheres to the directives laid by the CBSE, New Delhi, India.
The focus is on the acquisition of theoretical knowledge and its
application through practical work.
Set within the context of the CBSE curriculum, it promotes
the spiritual, moral, cultural, social and physical development
of students, thus preparing them for the responsibilities and
experiences of adult life. At this level, students are provided
